(A) Vote to enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(4): To engage in confidential communications between the Board of Commissioners and its attorneys concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action involving the Contract for Sale of Land and Redevelopment, as amended, with The Hill at Bricktown, L.L.C., and where on advice of its attorneys, the Board of Commissioners has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. The OCURA Board of Commissioners may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. The Board may also refer items to staff or committees for additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely.
