Reading and Approval of Minutes of a Regular Meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 CORE TO SHORE 5. Resolution No. _______________ Resolution Approving a Real Estate Exchange Agreement with Jerry and Heidi Johnson Revocable Trust, and Authorizing the Acquisition of Real Property Located at 413 Southwest 13th Street and the Disposition of Real Property Located on Southwest 13th Street between South Harvey Avenue and South Walker Avenue Pursuant to Said Real Estate Exchange Agreement, Core to Shore Urban Renewal Plan EXECUTIVE SESSION 6. (A) Vote to enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(4): To engage in confidential communications between the Board of Commissioners and its attorneys concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action involving the Contract for Sale of Land and Redevelopment, as amended, with The Hill at Bricktown, L.L.C., and where on advice of its attorneys, the Board of Commissioners has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest. (B) Vote to return from executive session and reconvene in open session. (C) Action, if any, on items considered in executive session. GENERAL MATTERS 7. Staff Report 8. Citizens to be heard 9. The OCURA Board of Commissioners may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item.
