ROLL CALL III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Beautification Commission - Regular Meeting - September 22, 2025 IV. OLD BUSINESS A. 2026 Spring/Summer Planting Theme Caleb Johnson, Forestry Team Leader, presented the 2026 Spring/Summer Planting Plans to the Commission. Commissioners appreciated the changes incorporated into the plans and instructed Forestry to proceed with the plans as presented. B. Snowflake Corridor Enhancements Update Staff noted the Village's 2026 budget is set to go before the Village Council for approval in early December. The proposed budget includes capital funds for the Entryway/Corridor Enhancements Project to purchase illuminated snowflakes.
