CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order at 16:08 II. ROLL CALL All Board Members present. In addition, Fire Chief Pat Gratzianna, Finance Director Andrew Brown, and Fund Member Mitch Zable are present. III. PUBLIC COMMENT None. IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Approval of May 12th, 2025 Minutes Minutes approved. V. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. VOP Quarterly Report Andrew Brown presented the Quarterly Report. See attached. B. IFPIF Quarterly Report President Sullivan presented the IFPIF report. VI. ORDERS OF PAYMENTS A. Reimer Dobrovolny & LaBardi Payment in the amount of $850.00 for legal expenses. B. Northwest Community Hospital Payment to Northwest Community Hospital for disability physical provided on August 14th, 2024 in the amount of $275. VII. ADMINISTRATION A. New Members Stephen Jordan Age: 26 Hire date: May 28th, 2025 Tier 2 B. Retirement Applications Patrick Gratzianna: Hire Date: September 13th, 1995 Retirement Date: September 16th, 2025 Credible Service: 30 Years, 0 Months, 4 Days D.O.B. on file Initial Monthly Benefit: $12,988.09 Tier 1 benefit. Joseph Aichholzer: Hire Date: March 23rd, 1998 Retirement Date: August 16th, 2025 Credible Service: 27 Years, 4 Months, 25 Days D.O.B. on file Initial Monthly Benefit: $8,558.25 Tier 1 benefit. Due to L4588 and VOP not having agreed on CBA, a Decision and Order is on file and benefits will be updated based upon 2025 wage agreement. C. Set 2026 Meeting Dates 2026 meeting dates are scheduled as follows: February 9th, 2026 May 11th, 2026 August 10th, 2026 November 9th, 2026 D. Disability Pensioner Physical Exam Status Pensioner Hermes has scheduled his physical exam, it is scheduled to be completed prior to the given October deadline. E.
