On this evening's Village Council agenda is a request for a Minor Amendment to the Planned Use Development for this property. The Petitioner wishes to apply for a Class B-1 (Grocery Store with Liquor) liquor license. The Village has an available Class B-1 license due to the 100% ownership change of this store. The permitted hours for a Class B-1 Liquor License are 6 AM - midnight daily Sunday through Saturday.
