PENDLETON TOWN COUNCIL OCTOBER 16, 2023, 5:30 PM REGULAR SESSION MINUTES: After due notice to the press, Town Council met at Town Hall. Frank Crenshaw, Lyn Merchant, and Sandra Gantt were present. Vince Gaulin and Mike Seef were absent. 1) WORK SESSION WITH THE UDO (UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE) STEERING COMMITTEE Eric Cooper, with MRB Group, met with the Steering Committee. The following UDO Steering Committee members were in attendance. Presley Bellinger-Kipling, Pam Patterson, Byron Edwards, Jeff Van Drie, Amy Trick, Mona Fleming, Susan Jezek, Lou Robinson, Pat Zungoli, Sandra Gantt, Lyn Merchant, and Frank Crenshaw. 1.a BRANDING The majority of the Steering Committee present voted for logo option 3 with edits. Susan Jezek, Amy Trick, and Lou Robinson were appointed to work with staff to finalize the logo. 1.b MAPPING EXERCISE The Steering Committee members were separated into three groups to work on the mapping exercise. 1.c OTHER UDO BUSINESS MRB Group provided the Steering Committee with a staff report for work completed on the UDO to date. 1.d NEXT MEETING The next UDO Steering Committee meeting is scheduled for November 20, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. 2) ADJOURNMENT With no further business to discuss, at 7:30 p.m., Sandra Gantt made a motion to adjourn. Lyn Merchant seconded. Unanimous.
