PENDLETON TOWN COUNCIL NOVEMBER 20, 2023, 5:30 PM CALLED MEETING MINUTES: After due notice to the press, Town Council met at Town Hall. Frank Crenshaw, Lyn Merchant, Vince Gaulin, and Mike Seef were present. Sandra Gantt was absent by prior notice. Lyn Merchant opened the meeting at 5:30 pm. Mayor Crenshaw arrived at 5:38 pm. 1) WORK SESSION WITH THE UDO (UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE) STEERING COMMITTEE Eric Cooper, with MRB Group, met with the Steering Committee. The following UDO Steering Committee members were in attendance. Pam Patterson, Presley Bellinger-Kipling, Susan Jezek, Vince Gaulin, Jami Brothers, Byron Edwards, Lou Robinson, Nancy von Meyer, Scott Ward Barbara Hamberg, Jeff Van Drie, Mike Seef, Lyn Merchant and Frank Crenshaw. The committee discussed the below items. Eric Cooper, with MRB Group, will present the committee with draft options that will be discussed at the next meeting.
