PENDLETON TOWN COUNCIL MARCH 18, 2024, 5:30 PM CALLED MEETING MINUTES: After due notice to the press, Town Council met at Town Hall. Frank Crenshaw, Lyn Merchant, Barbara Hamberg, Vince Gaulin, Jeff Van Drie were present. The following UDO Steering Committee members were in attendance. Mona Fleming, Jamie Brothers, Mollie Rober, Presley Bellinger, Nancy von Meyer, Byron Edwards, Vince Gaulin, Susan Jezek, Jeff Van Drie, Pat Zungoli, Lyn Merchant, Barbara Hamberg, and Frank Crenshaw. 1) RESULTS OF THE UDO STEERING COMMITTEE SURVEY (5 MIN) 1.a UDO Steering Committee Survey Results MRB Group Representative Ricco Giani reviewed the results of the survey. 2) REVIEW OF ORDINANCE SECTION The Town will lead a conversation about the following sections of the current ordinance with a look ahead to the UDO. The Committee will familiarize themselves with these sections and review any questions or suggested changes. 2.a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY REGULATION (15 MIN) The Committee discussed options. Staff will draft a document based on conversations and bring it back before the Committee. 2.b SHORT TERM RENTALS (15 MIN) The Committee discussed options. Staff will draft a document based on conversations and bring it back before the Committee. 3) OTHER BUSINESS & NEXT MEETING DATE The next meeting is scheduled for April 15, 5:30 pm, at Town Hall. 4) ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, at 7:43 pm, the meeting adjourned.
