PENDLETON TOWN COUNCIL NOVEMBER 18, 2024, 5:30 PM CALLED MEETING MINUTES: After due notice to the press, Town Council met at the Depot Building located at 215 Cherry Street. Frank Crenshaw, Lyn Merchant, Vince Gaulin, Jeff Van Drie were present. Barbara Hamberg was absent by prior notice. 1) WORK SESSION WITH THE UDO STEERING COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE 1.a UDO STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING PACKET The UDO Steering Committee met for a Work Session on the rewrite of the Zoning Ordinance. 2) MOTION(S)/VOTE(S) FROM THE WORK SESSION IF NEEDED N/A 3) ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, at 7:03 pm, Vince Gaulin made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
