JOURNAL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PHILADELPHIA Thursday, January 27, 2022 PRESENT: 16 - Councilmembers Domb, Green, Gym, Oh, Squilla, Johnson, Jones, Council President Clarke, Quiñones Sánchez, Bass, Parker, O'Neill, Brooks, Gauthier, Gilmore Richardson and Thomas Council met, a quorum being present.
