City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee of the Whole of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190038 Resolution appointing Betsy Oliphant Ross to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 190039 Resolution reappointing Richard Goldberg to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 190221 Resolution reappointing Michael Woodward to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
