City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee of the Whole of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190975 Resolution appointing Greg Muller to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. 190976 Resolution appointing Clayton Mitchell to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. 190977 Resolution reappointing Kevin Michals to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District. 190978 Resolution appointing Carol Watson to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. 190979 Resolution reappointing Howard Wurzak to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
