City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Finance of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following item: 190353 An Ordinance authorizing the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health, on behalf of the City, to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services, whereby additional funds could be made available to City Federally Qualified Health Centers, under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Finance, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed item.
