City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Labor and Civil Service of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190132 An Ordinance amending Title 22 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Public Employees Retirement Code,” by amending various provisions to provide for purchase of service by certain classes of employees, under certain terms and conditions. 190193 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Labor and Civil Service to hold hearings to examine labor standards for Domestic Workers throughout the City of Philadelphia. 190196 Resolution authorizing City Council’s Committee on Labor and Civil Service to hold hearings regarding parking workers deserving a living wage. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Labor and Civil Service, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
