City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Law and Government of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190182 An Ordinance amending Title 10 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity,” and Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Finance, Taxes and Collections,” to impose liability and provide for the revocation of licenses for certain persons who permit human trafficking, involuntary servitude, or related unlawful activity to occur on a property or in connection with a business, under certain terms and conditions. 190290 An Ordinance providing for the submission to the qualified electors of The City of Philadelphia of an amendment to The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to revise City procurement procedures, as approved by Resolution of the City Council; fixing the date of a special election for such purpose; prescribing the form of ballot question to be voted on; and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make arrangements for the special election. 190299 Resolution proposing an amendment to the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter to revise City procurement procedures. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Law and Government, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
