City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190553 An Ordinance establishing a new Chapter 17-2300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Community Benefits Agreements,” and requiring Community Benefits Agreements for certain High Impact Projects or Development Projects that receive City Support or Financial Assistance; all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
