City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 180136 An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 140902) approved March 4, 2015, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 224 and 232 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Cayuga Street from Whitaker Avenue to its terminus eastwardly therefrom and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for sewer and drainage purposes within the lines of Cayuga Street being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. 190557 An Ordinance authorizing the paving of Sigma Way, from Erdrick Street to Tackawanna Street, and Tackawanna Street, from Vankirk Street to Sigma Way, under certain terms and conditions. 190644 An Ordinance amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Permit Parking Districts,” by changing certain boundaries and establishing new permit parking districts, all under certain terms and conditions. 190645 An Ordinance authorizing James Herman, DBA KFN Holdings LLC, to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior stairway at 1248-50 North Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122, all under certain terms and conditions. 190743 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: S. 15th street from Morris street to Mifflin street; S. 16th street and Moore street; 16th street and Ritner street; Bancroft street and McKean street; Ellsworth street and S. 23rd street; Watkins street and S. 18th street. 190745 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: S. 17th street and Passyunk avenue; 17th street and McKean street; Carlisle street and Moore street; McKean street and S. 15th street; S. 24th street and Snyder avenue; Hicks street from Ritner street to Jackson street. 190826 An Ordinance amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Sidewalk Sales,” by prohibiting vending on Market Street between 33rd and 34th Streets; all under certain terms and conditions. Clearfield Street, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Streets and Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
