City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 10:00 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following items: 210629 An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 120 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Nicholas Street and Turner Street, each from Twentieth Street to Twenty-First Street, and reserving and placing on the City Plan rights-of-way for various utility purposes within the beds of Nicholas and Turner Streets being stricken and authorizing acceptance of the grant to the City of the said rights-of-way, all under certain terms and conditions. 210867 An Ordinance amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Permit Parking Districts,” by amending the boundaries for Permit Parking District 19, all under certain terms and conditions. 210870 An Ordinance amending Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code (“Noise and Excessive Vibration”) to establish a prohibition on loud noise emanating from a motor vehicle and to add a section authorizing use of an automated system for determining violations of that prohibition, all under certain terms and conditions. 210918 An Ordinance regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Camac street between Wagner avenue and Fisher avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. 210919 An Ordinance regulating the direction of movement of traffic on East Godfrey avenue between Summerdale avenue and Pratt street, all under certain terms and conditions. 210921 An Ordinance authorizing various encroachments at 3536 Calumet Street, Philadelphia, PA 19129, under certain terms and conditions. 210929 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Day street and Wildey street; Thompson street and Columbia avenue; Oxford street and Belgrade street; E. Montgomery street and Thompson street; Columbia avenue and Belgrade street; Crease street and Thompson street; Belgrade street and Oxford street. City of Philadelphia -1- City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice Committee on Streets and Services Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM 210930 An Ordinance amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 200423) approved November 10, 2020, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing Keystone Property Group (‘Owner’) to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior building ramp at 100 South Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106 (‘Property’), all under certain terms and conditions,” by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. 210931 An Ordinance amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 200092) approved March 11, 2020, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing Independence Park Hotel (‘Owner’) to construct, own, and maintain a proposed exterior building ramp at 235 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 (‘Property’), all under certain terms and conditions,” by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. 210932 An Ordinance authorizing various encroachments on North Broad Street in the vicinity of 1344-1348 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107, under certain terms and conditions.
