Verify that at least one member met the mandatory training requirements 6. Receive the Assessment Roll and Sworn Statements from the Clerk 7. During the first two hours, review and consider: 1. Any Notices of Intent to File Objection to Real Property Assessment 2. Any filed Objection to Real Property Assessment 3. Any filed Request for Waiver of Board of Review hearing allowing the property owner an appeal directly to Circuit Court 4. Any filed Request to Testify by Telephone or Submit a Sworn Written Statement at the Board of Review 5. Authorize issuance of subpoenas 6. Act on any other legally allowed/required Board of Review matters 8. Consider/Act on scheduling additional Board of Review date(s) 9. Adjournment The Village Hall is handicapped accessible.
