of Sanjay Kuttemperoor, agent on behalf of the developer, Arbor Estates Group LLC related to
the Highland Estates Subdivision generally located west of the existing Devonshire and
Village Green Heights Subdivisions between 93rd Street and 104th Street (STH 165) to be
known as Highland Estates.

6.D Consider approval of Certified Survey Maps, Development Agreement and associated
improvement plans and Release of Sanitary Sewer Easements for the request of Robert
Bond, with Bond Companies, associated with the 229.3 acre property generally located at the
11000 block of 116th Avenue and owned by Riverview Group LLC. The CSM’s will dedicate
116th Avenue extension to the south and create a number of parcels and outlot for the
proposed Inspire Prairie Springs apartments development and a future industrial development
site. BEING TABLED UNTIL NEXT PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
6.E Public hearing and consider approval of a Floodplain Boundary Adjustment for the request
of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies associated with the proposed construction of the 116th
Avenue roadway extension south of 108th Street to connect to 120th Ave, (East Frontage
Road) that impacts Unnamed Tributary No 1E and No. 1F of the Des Plaines River. BEING
TABLED UNTIL NEXT PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
6.F Public hearing and consider approval of Plan Commission Resolution #24-19 for a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the request of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies to
amend the land use plan map for the 229.3 acre property generally located at 11000 block of
116th Avenue, owned by Riverview Group LLC, for the development of Inspire Prairie Springs
apartments and future industrial development. BEING TABLED UNTIL NEXT PLAN

6.G Public hearing and consider approval of a Zoning Map and Text Amendments for the
request of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies to rezone the 229.3 acre property generally
located at 11000 block of 116th Avenue, owned by Riverview Group LLC, for the development
of Inspire Prairie Springs apartments and future industrial development and to create the
Planned Unit Development Ordinance for the Inspire Prairie Springs apartment development
to be located on the northern portion of the property. BEING TABLED UNTIL NEXT PLAN
COMMISSION MEETING
6.H Public hearing and consider approval of a Floodplain Zoning Amendment to Section 430-
1.5 B (1) (n) of the Village Floodplain Ordinance related to Official Maps and Revisions to
reference the FEMA approved Letter of Map Revision for the floodplain boundary adjustment
associated with the Village STH 165 Lift Station property located at 11350 104th Street.

Village on the property located at 11350 104th Street.
