BEING TABLED UNTIL NEXT PLAN COMMISSION MEETING 6.G Public hearing and consider approval of a Zoning Map and Text Amendments for the request of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies to rezone the 229.3 acre property generally located at 11000 block of 116th Avenue, owned by Riverview Group LLC, for the development of Inspire Prairie Springs apartments and future industrial development and to create the Planned Unit Development Ordinance for the Inspire Prairie Springs apartment development to be located on the northern portion of the property.
