6.A Consider approval of Certified Survey Maps, Development Agreement and associated
improvement plans and Release of Sanitary Sewer Easements for the request of Robert
Bond, with Bond Companies, associated with the 229.3 acre property generally located at the
11000 block of 116th Avenue and owned by Riverview Group LLC. The CSM’s will dedicate
116th Avenue extension to the south and create a number of parcels and outlot for the
proposed Inspire Prairie Springs apartments development and a future industrial development
site. THIS ITEM WILL REMAIN TABLED UNTIL THE JANUARY 20, 2025 PLAN
COMMISSION MEETING.
6.B Public hearing and consider approval of a Floodplain Boundary Adjustment for the request
of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies associated with the proposed construction of the 116th
Avenue roadway extension south of 108th Street to connect to 120th Ave, (East Frontage
Road) that impacts Unnamed Tributary No 1E and No. 1F of the Des Plaines River.

6.C Public hearing and consider approval of Plan Commission Resolution #24-19 for a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the request of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies to
amend the land use plan map for the 229.3 acre property generally located at 11000 block of
116th Avenue, owned by Riverview Group LLC, for the development of Inspire Prairie Springs
apartments and future industrial development. THIS ITEM WILL REMAIN TABLED UNTIL
THE JANUARY 20, 2025 PLAN COMMISSION MEETING.

6.D Public hearing and consider approval of a Zoning Map and Text Amendments for the
request of Robert Bond, with Bond Companies to rezone the 229.3 acre property generally
located at 11000 block of 116th Avenue, owned by Riverview Group LLC, for the development
of Inspire Prairie Springs apartments and future industrial development and to create the
Planned Unit Development Ordinance for the Inspire Prairie Springs apartment development
to be located on the northern portion of the property. THIS ITEM WILL REMAIN TABLED
UNTIL THE JANUARY 20, 2025 PLAN COMMISSION MEETING.

7.A Public hearing and consider approval of a Floodplain Zoning Amendment to create Section
430-1.5 B (1) (o) of the Village Floodplain Ordinance related to Official Maps and Revisions to
reference the FEMA approved Letter of Map Revision for the floodplain boundary adjustment
associated vacant land located at the southwest corner of STH 50 and 115th Avenue.

7.B Public hearing and consider approval of Plan Commission Resolution #24-21 to amend the
Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map as a floodplain boundary adjustment completed on the
vacant property located at the southwest corner of STH 50 (75th Street) and 115th Avenue.

7.C Consider approval of Preliminary Site and Operational Plans for the request of Jonathan
Cook, on behalf of Eli Lilly and Company for the mass grading, footing and foundation permit
and underground utilities for the proposed addition to the Lilly facility located at 10300 128th
