8.A Subsection (1)(e) Deliberating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public
funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining
reasons that require a closed session, specifically, discussion and consideration of an Offer to
Sell a residential property located at 4119 Springbrook Court, Tax Parcel Number 92-4-122-
234-0425, to the Village.
8.B Subsection (1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing
of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons that require a closed session specifically to negotiate the terms of the
tentative Police Contract for January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028.
8.C Subsection (1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility specifically performance evaluation of the Village Administrator.
9. Return to open session to act on New Business Item 7.C.
10. Return to closed sesson for Items 8.B and 8.C.
