Comprehensive Plan Amendment to amend a portion of the River View Neighborhood Plan, a
component of the Village Comprehensive Plan, to incorporate the Conceptual Plan for the
area generally located between 77th and 79th Streets west of 105th Avenue for the expansion
of the Seasons Apartments and nine (9) single family lots.
