Final​ ​Review:​ ​Staffing​ ​recommendation​ ​(45​ ​mins) ● General​ ​discussion​ ​about​ ​payroll​ ​and​ ​benefits​ ​for​ ​the​ ​first​ ​hire​ ​of​ ​the Conservancy,​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​any​ ​possible​ ​support​ ​from​ ​the​ ​City​ ​in​ ​the​ ​form​ ​of​ ​office space ● Discussion​ ​about​ ​possible​ ​fiscal​ ​sponsorship​ ​from​ ​another​ ​organization ● What​ ​will​ ​success​ ​look​ ​like​ ​in​ ​Year​ ​One?​ ​Structure​ ​staffing​ ​recommendation around​ ​this ● Specific​ ​edits​ ​to​ ​staffing​ ​recommendation​ ​document,​ ​which​ ​will​ ​be​ ​passed​ ​along to​ ​Board III.
