Introductions The meeting started formally at 4:12 p.m. with three members, Councilor Tae Chong, Councilor Nicholas M. Mavodones, Jr., and Mayor Kate Snyder (Council Ali joined 10 minutes later). 2. Discussion of process The Committee discussed the items on the agenda including what would and should be appropriately discussed in executive vs. public session. 3. Set next meeting date and adjourn Future meetings will take place by Zoom web technology with Executive Sessions to discuss and review the appointments applications for the Charter Commission, pursuant to 1 M.R.S. section 405(6) on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 7:00 a.m.; Wednesday, August 5, 2020, 11:00 to 1:00, Thursday, August 6, 2020 11:00 to 1:00 A public meeting will be held by Zoom web technology Friday, August 7, 2020 to approve a recommended slate of three appointees. A motion to adjourn the meeting made by Council Mavodones and seconded by Council Chong, passed 4 to 0. The meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
