Introductions 2. Presentation of City Manager’s Recommended Capital Improvement Plan (Public Hearing) At the meeting the Committee will hear a continued presentation of the City Manager’s Recommended Capital Improvement Plan. City Manager Danielle West, Assistant City 1  Manager Greg Jordan, Finance Director Brendan T. O’Connell, and Public Works Director Mike Murray are expected to present. Water Resources (Sewer and Stormwater) projects included in the FY27 CIP will be discussed in detail and Q&A from the prior meeting will be reviewed. The Committee will hold a public hearing on the City Manager’s Recommended Capital Improvement Plan, and will take a vote to recommend the FY27 Bond Authorization and Project Appropriations to the full Council for approval at their 3/16/26 and 4/13/26 meetings. The Committee will also call for any potential amendments being considered by Councilors to be disclosed at the current meeting so staff can draft necessary documents and publish the requested CIP amendments within the agenda package for the 3/16/26 and 4/13/26 City Council meetings for review by the Council and public. 3.
