The Mayor or presiding officer may modify the order of Agenda Items and/or address items in a sequence deemed appropriate. The Town Council and staff may participate in the meeting in person, telephonically, or electronically. 1. Consideration of the Town's participation in events related to America's 250th birthday. H. Review of new Town facilities programmed in FY2027 and FY2028. I. Discussion and Overview of QCPD Public Safety Technology, Real-Time Information Center (RTIC), and S.P.E.A.R. Operating Model. J.
