The Mayor or presiding officer may modify the order of Agenda Items and/or address items in a sequence deemed appropriate. The Town Council and staff may participate in the meeting in person, telephonically, or electronically. 1. Summary of Visits to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station and Harquahala Valley Water Project, including an update on the Town's water strategy. D. Arizona Public Service: Powering Progress for Arizona E. Discussion on how the Town promotes dialogue and public discussion, and consideration of adopting the Dignity Index. (Facilitated by Cary Pfeffer) Using the Dignity Index as a foundation for communication. F. Discussion on Town Council Policies and Procedures. G. Consideration of the Town's participation in events related to America's 250th birthday. H. Review of new Town facilities programmed in FY2027 and FY2028. I. Discussion and Overview of QCPD Public Safety Technology, Real-Time Information Center (RTIC), and S.P.E.A.R. Operating Model. J. Presentation and updates relating to three areas within the Queen Creek Fire and Medical Department where significant innovation or technological advances have been made. K.
