Revocable Permit for Encroachment of City right-of-way requesting permission for an overhead sign on property located at 501 Hampshire Street. The Engineering Manager presents this request subject to the following conditions: The overhead sign must not be larger than 3 foot wide by 5 foot tall. The sign must be located at least 10 feet above the sidewalk and structurally sound. The sign must be properly lit according to City Code. Proper permits must be obtained from the Department of Inspection & Enforcement prior to the installation of the sign. 9.
