Finance Committee recommending approval to proceed with a 3-year engagement of audit services with Lauterbach & Amen, LLP, Naperville IL for audit services for fiscal years ending 2026, 2027, and 2028. Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $67,000 from Richards Electric Motor Company of Quincy, IL for the emergency replacement of VFD equipment at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the invoice in the amount of $110,374.54 from LCL Farms Inc, Keokuk IA, for the removal, hauling, and land application of six hundred fifty (650) dry tons of treated lime sludge at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the quote in the 1 amount of $32,550 from Richards Electric Motor Company of Quincy IL, to replace the aging control panel and relocation of the equipment to above ground for safety and accessibility purposes at the Ellington Road Lift Station. Public Works Director and Utilities Committee recommending approval of the quote in the amount of $29,974 from Brinkman Plumbing of Quincy IL, for the replacement of the gate valves, fittings, and pressure reducing valve at the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Aeronautics Committee and Airport Director recommending approval to amend the contract with Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly that was approved on June 16, 2025 to be adjusted for an amount of $15,3000, which is an increase of $5,000, for services related to the DBE program at Quincy Regional Airport. Airport Director and Aeronautic Committee recommending approval to amend the grant agreement with the Federal Administration (FAA) and the State of Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for a Terminal Feasibility Study for the cost increase of $75. 9.
