Pursuant to NRS 241.020(9), supporting material is made available to the general public at the same time it is provided to the public body. Order of Business The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The public body may combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove an item from the agenda; or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. See, NRS 241.020(2)(c)(6). Items scheduled to be heard at a specific time will be heard no earlier than the stated time, but may be heard later. Business Items B.1 Review and possible approval for payment of below invoice. The City will pay the invoices and seek 75% reimbursement from the Water Management Fund from the Western Regional Water Commission and 25% reimbursement from the Nevada Department of Transportation per the Interlocal Agreements. (For Possible Action) (i) Balance Invoice # 213136-1221, dated January 6, 2022, in the amount of $8,814.98 related to Stormwater Monitoring for FY21/22. (ii) NCE Invoice #167252501, dated February 7, 2022, in the amount of $1,863.75 related to Watershed Assessments to Tributaries to the Truckee River. B.2 Review, discussion and possible approval of the FY22/23 USGS Operation and Maintenance agreement for North Truckee Drain near Big Fish Drive, in the amount of $20,800. The Nevada Department of Transportation will contribute 25% of the total cost. (For Possible Action) B.3 Discussion and possible action regarding the Water Quality Crediting Program Kick-Off meeting to be held at the March 2022 SWPCC meeting including material distribution, timelines, information needed from the committee. (For Possible Action) B.4 Review, discussion and possible direction regarding the production of a Biannual SWPCC Newsletter highlighting recent activities and accomplishments, to be shared within local government agencies and non-profits. Standing Agenda Items (Not For Action) C.1 Stormwater Management Program activities including but not limited to Construction, Industrial, Monitoring, Public Outreach, Maintenance, IDDE, and Post Construction elements in support of the Truckee Meadows Storm Water Program. C.2 Update on Nevada Division of Environmental Protection’s activities regarding federal, state, and local matters. (i) Nevada LTAP Training - Keeping Your Agency (and You!) Out of Court, June 8 (ii) NDEP’s 319(h) Nonpoint Source Grant Program – Applications due in July/August D.
