Order of Business:
The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items
on the agenda may be taken out of order. The public body may combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove an

(i) USGS invoice # 91116501, dated November 8, 2023, in the amount of $3,445.00, related to
Stormwater Monitoring for FY23/24.
(ii) Balance invoice # 213136-1123, dated December 5, 2023, in the amount of $52,853.53,
related to Stormwater Monitoring for FY23/24.
B.2 Review, discussion and possible approval of the Annual Stormwater Monitoring Report for the
FY22/23 MS4 Annual Report, by Balance Hydrologics. (For Possible Action)
