Update and discussion regarding compliance with the allowable Total Nitrogen (TN), Total Phosphate (TP) and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) discharges in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit issued by Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) by the Plant Manager.
