Order of Business The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. Business Items B.1 Presentation, update and discussion regarding the One Truckee River Management Plan, including the river restroom project and vegetation management plan (Information Item Only) – Presentation by Iris Jehle-Peppard, One Truckee River Executive Director B.2 TXT21-00004 Tree Protection Ordinance (Information Item Only) – Presentation, questions, and community input regarding an ordinance change to update tree protection, installation and maintenance standards within Reno Municipal Code Title 18 (Annexation and Land Development) and Chapter 8.32 (Trees and Shrubs). This is expected to include updates to related processes and procedures. Draft language and more information about the project are available at https://www.reno.gov/trees. Following a presentation by staff, NAB members and the public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the code amendment and provide feedback. The NAB will not take any action.
