Pursuant to NRS 241, supporting material is made available to the general public at the same time it is provided to the public body. Order of Business The presiding officer shall determine the order of the agenda and all questions of parliamentary procedure at the meeting. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order. The public body may combine two or more agenda items for consideration; remove an item from the agenda; or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time. See, NRS 241. Items scheduled to be heard at a specific time will be heard no earlier than the stated time, but may be heard later. Virtual Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under general public comment until the matter is included on a subsequent agenda as an action item. Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per person. Business Items B.1 RTC Lemmon Drive Project Update and Traffic Control (For Information Only) – Kathleen Taylor B.2 Development Projects - (Discussion Item Only) Following presentations by the project’s developer or representative, NAB members and the public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the project and provide feedback. The NAB will not take any action on development projects. NAB members and the public are encouraged to complete the development project review form with their input. All development project review forms submitted to the community liaison at the NAB meeting or via the online form (https://goo.gl/cLVC08) will be submitted to the Reno Planning Commission for consideration in the development review process. City of Reno Planning staff will be available for questions but will not provide project presentation B.2.1 ABN22-00006 (Mason Ridge Abandonment) – A request has been made for the abandonment of three contiguous public roadway easements on three parcels located north and west of the northern terminus of Mason Road. The abandonment area is ±33 feet wide and ±3.76 acres in size and is located within the Large Lot Residential - 2.5 acres (LLR-2.5) and Single-Family Residential - 3 units per acre (SF-3) zoning districts and has Master Plan land use designations of Large-Lot Neighborhood (LL) and Single- Family Neighborhood (SF). B.2.2 LDC22-00049 (North Valleys Commerce Center) – A request has been made for a conditional use permit to allow for 24-hour operations for an existing ±8,500 square foot portion of a ±154,440 square foot warehouse and distribution facility located in the Mixed- Use Suburban (MS) zoning district. The ±14.26 acre site is located north of the intersection between North Virginia Street and Seneca Drive. The site has a Master Plan land use designations of Industrial (I) and Suburban Mixed-Use (SMU). C.
