Clancy Sr., Mayor John Noak, Trustee Lourdes Aguirre, Trustee Linda Palmiter, and Trustee Ken Griffin 2. POSTING OF COLORS-PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION 19-2667 Senior Olympics Awards Presentation The Senior Olympics participants were recognized. 19-2668 Founders Day Parade Awards Presentation The 2019 Founders Day Parade award winners were recognized. RES19-2795 A Resolution Waiving the Bids and Authorizing a Contract with Johler Demolition for the Demolition of 756 Independence Mrs. Caldwell reported that the Village has officially closed on the Cornerstone Property. Staff would like to move forward with demolition. The seller has agreed to pay a portion of the demolition costs. Approval is being requested to waive the bids and authorize a contract with Johler Demolition for an amount not to exceed $60,000. 4. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Trustee Clancy, seconded by Trustee Griffin, that this be Meeting be Adjourned.
