Village Board - Workshop Meeting Village Board - Workshop Meeting Meeting Minutes November 20, 2019 1. CALL TO ORDER-Roll Call Present 7- Trustee Jose Chavez, Trustee Dave Richards, Trustee Brian A. Clancy Sr., Mayor John Noak, Trustee Lourdes Aguirre, Trustee Linda Palmiter, and Trustee Ken Griffin 2. POSTING OF COLORS-PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION Christine Braasch informed the Board and residents that Harvest Saturday will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at St Andrews. This it the 26th annual Harvest Saturday. This is truly a commmunity event. The collectors will be out from 11:15 until about 4:00. The volunteers will be wearing a white tee-shirt over their coats. Volunteers are needed. She thanked everyone for their support. Mayor Noak stated that this is a fantastic event. Also, they do take financial contributions. Checks can be made to Harvest Saturday. RES19-2816 A Resolution Approving a Facility Use Agreement with Prep Network, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, d/b/a Prep Hoops Ms. Rajzer reported that this approves an agreement with Prep Hoops who conducts numerous youth basketball tournaments throughout the United States each year and provides rankings of individual players seeking to further their athletic careers after high school. Prep Hoops will be renting courts within the Edward Athletic and Event Center for 8 days of tournament activity during 2020, 2021, and 2022 at a daily rate of $3900. in 2020, $4000. in 2021 and $4100. in 2022. RES19-2817 A Resolution Approving a Facility Use Agreement with Made Hoops LLC Ms Rajzer reported that this approves an agreement with Made Hoops, LLC. They will be renting courts within the Edward Athletic and Event Center for 2 days of tournament activity during 2020, at a daily rate of $3900. 4.
