The Justice Court handles misdemeanor criminal citations, small claims, traffic citations and traffic school for moving violations. Please note that the Justice Court represents only one component of the overall justice system. Budgets for the Legal Defenders Association and the Prosecutor’s Office will be presented separately. Tentative Closed Meeting - - The Council will consider a motion to enter into closed meeting.
