Work Session Items
1. Resolution: Addendum No.10 to the Interlocal Agreement with
the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) for Transit Master Plan ~ 1:00 p.m.
Frequent Bus Service Routes Implementation

The Council will receive a briefing on a resolution that would authorize the Mayor to
enter into the proposed addendum No.10 to the Interlocal Agreement with UTA to
implement 2026-27 Frequent Service Network (FSN) Routes. Frequent service is a goal
for buses to arrive at least every 15 minutes. This agreement covers the routes on 200
South, 900 South, 2100 South, and 1000 North. The interlocal agreement signed in 2018
is for twenty years, with a goal of full implementation of the FSN Routes as described in
the City’s Transit Master Plan.
