The Arbitration Hearing will continue from day to day until complete. Matter 1. Appeal of the Indefinite Suspension of Fire Captain Rogelio Loredo before hearing examiner Edward B. Valverde at the place and on the date indicated above. At any time during the meeting, the Arbitration Hearing may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
