City of San Antonio AGENDA Arbitration Hearing Tuesday, March 25, 2025 9:00 AM Arbitration Hearing Take notice that, pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code and the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the San Antonio Police Officers Association, a public arbitration hearing will convene at 9:00 AM to consider the following matter. The Arbitration Hearing will continue from day to day until complete. Matter 1. Appeal of the indefinite suspension of Police Officer Andrew Guerrero before hearing examiner Edward Valverde at the place and on the date indicated above. At any time during the meeting, the Arbitration Hearing may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
