City of San Antonio AGENDA Animal Care Services Advisory Board Work Session 555 Funston Pl, San Wednesday, September 20, 2023 9:00 AM Antonio, TX 78209 The Animal Care Services Advisory Board will hold a Work Session at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens Discovery Rooms beginning at 9:00am. Once convened, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board shall consider the following: Work Session 1. Advisory Board By­Laws Amendment Review and Discussion 2. Messaging Presentation 3. Budget Recap Presentation 4. Advisory Board Orientation Discussion Executive Session At any time during the meeting, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board may recess into executive session in the San Antonio Botanical Gardens Discovery Rooms to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: 1. Personnel matters relating to the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.074 (personnel matters).
