City of San Antonio AGENDA Animal Care Services Advisory Board Wednesday, May 15, 2024 5:55 PM 4710 State Hwy 151 The Animal Care Services Advisory Board will hold its regular meeting in the Annex Building at 4710 State Hwy 151 beginning at 5:55 PM. Once convened, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda by signing up in person prior to the start of the meeting. Once a quorum is established, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board shall consider the following: Chair's Statement Director's Report Public Comments Consent Agenda 1. Approval of the ACS Advisory Board Meeting Minutes for March 20, 2024 2. Approval of the ACS Advisory Board Statistical Reports for March and April 2024 3. Approval of the ACS Advisory Board Contracts Performance Report 4. Approval of the ACS Advisory Board Facility Inspections for March 2024 5. Approval of the ACS Fiscal Year 2024 Quarter 2 Report Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 6. Spay Neuter Network Briefing 7. “Paw”­Changa Event Briefing 8. Unrestrained Dog Study Briefing 9. ACS Metrics Update Briefing Executive Session At any time during the meeting, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board may recess into executive session in the Administration Building Conference Room to consult with the City Attorney's Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 6. Spay Neuter Network Briefing 7. “Paw”­Changa Event Briefing 8. Unrestrained Dog Study Briefing 9. ACS Metrics Update Briefing Executive Session At any time during the meeting, the Animal Care Services Advisory Board may recess into executive session in the Administration Building Conference Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: Personnel matters relating to the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 551.074 (personnel matters). Determination of Next Meeting Date Adjournment Retirement Reception Following the ACS Advisory Board meeting, a short reception will be held for the retirement of Director Sims. The reception will not be open to the public and no ACS business will be discussed.
