City of San Antonio AGENDA Airport Advisory Commission Boeing Conf Room, 3rd Thursday, October 10, 2024 4:00 PM floor, 10100 Reunion Place The Airport Advisory Commission will hold its regular meeting in the Boeing Conf Room, 3rd floor, 10100 Reunion Place beginning at 4:00 PM. Once convened, the Airport Advisory Commission will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Public Comment: Citizens who wish to submit comments, up to 300 words, to be read into the record at the Airport Advisory Commission meeting should submit those comments, along with their name and address, through one of the methods described below by 4:30 p.m. on the day before the posted meeting date. Please note: comments that do not pertain to the posted agenda items will not be presented to the Commission: a. Email: Please email the comments to AACBoardLiaison@sanantonio.gov. b. Drop­off: Please drop­off a written statement at the Aviation Department offices located in Terminal A of the San Antonio International Airport at 9800 Airport Blvd. The offices are open on Mondays through Fridays from 7:45 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. except for City Holidays. c. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.07 (real property). C. Legal issues related to litigation involving the City pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). D. Legal issues related to emergency preparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). E. Legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). At any time during the meeting, the Airport Advisory Commission may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
