Once convened, the Audit Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Acceptance of the Office of the City Auditor Report AU25-032 Audit of SAFD Deployment Reimbursements [Buddy Vargas, City Auditor] ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION Pre-Solicitation High Profile Briefings 3. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for multiple respondents to provide the Convention and Sports Facilities Department with Temporary Electrical and Plumbing Services for Events, for an estimated total value of $9,500,000 for 3 years with 2, 1-year renewal options. [Alex Lopez, Assistant City Manager; Patricia Muzquiz Cantor, Director, Convention and Sports Facilities] 4. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for multiple contracts to provide the Government Affairs Department with State Legislative Consultant services for an estimated total value of $1,600,000 for 2 years with 1, 2-year option to renew. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for one contract to provide the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) with toxicology laboratory services required to support the testing and analysis of all samples for an estimated total value of $5,600,000 for 3 years with 2, 1-year options to renew. Briefing on the release of a solicitation for one contract to provide the Capital Delivery Department (CDD) with Planning & Schematic Design Services for the Culebra Rd (Loop 410 to General McMullen) project, located in District 5, 6, and 7 for an estimated value of $9,000,000.
