Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the City Council shall consider the following BRIEFING ONLY 1. Briefing on the two post-solicitation briefings on Architectural Design Services for the Terminal A/B Reconfiguration & Rehabilitation Program and Airfield Design Services for Airfield Safety Enhancement and Improvements Program, and one pre-solicitation briefing on the Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center at the San Antonio International Airport. [Jeff Coyle, Assistant City Manager; Jesus Saenz, Director, Aviation] EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session in the Presidio Conference Room to consult with the City Attorney's Office (Texas Government Code Section 551.071) and deliberate or discuss any of the following: A. Economic development negotiations pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 (economic development). B. The purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (real property). C. Legal issues related to litigation involving the City pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). D. Legal issues relating to emergency preparedness pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). E. Legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney). ADJOURNMENT 5:00 P.M. – If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to continue the council meeting, postpone the remaining items to the next council meeting date, or recess and reconvene the meeting at a specified time on the following day.
