Approval of the minutes from the Building­Related and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board – Building Codes Committee meetings on April 6, 2022 and April 7, 2022 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Vote to add new members to the Building Codes Committee 3. Discussion of the 2021 International Residential Code and propose changes to current amendments 4. Discussion of Chapter 10 Section 10­115 of the City Code "Residential building and home improvement contractor registrations” and other areas of Chapter 10 pertaining to the registration of residential building and home improvement contractors, and propose changes for these sections 5. Discussion of Chapter 10 Sections 10­119,and 10­120 of the City Code "Demolition contractor registration" and "Registered house mover."; and other areas of Chapter 10 pertaining to the registration of demolition and house moving contractors, and propose changes for these sections Director's Report 2.
