The BuildingRelated and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Sign Code Committee will hold
its regular meeting in the 1901 S. Alamo beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the BuildingRelated
and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board Sign Code Committee will take up the following items
no sooner than the designated times.

to match state language for clarity/consistency of max height from the main traveled way, Per

8. Chapter 28 amendment item COSA 6, internal, request to add clarifying language to the Section
2848 Digital Displays, OnPremises Standards to indicate that the section pertains to both digital

9. Review remaining requests for amendments to Chapter 28, Signs, to determine if additional
information is needed and to determine which items would be discussed at the next Sign Code
Committee meeting. No action will be taken under this agenda item.
Director's Report
At any time during the meeting, the BuildingRelated and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board
Sign Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office
concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
