outline in responses to the committee's discussion on Agenda Item 5 from the December 21, 2022

3. Chapter 28 amendment item 71, external, request to amend Article IV, Division 2, Subdivision B,
OffPremises Signs, to permit Sign Builders to convert existing 14 x 48 ft static face signs to digital

Director's Report
At any time during the meeting, the BuildingRelated and Fire Codes Appeals and Advisory Board
Sign Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office
concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
