Once convened, the Building Standards Board ­ San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Vote to appoint a Chair and Co­Chair of the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee 2. Vote to add new members to the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee 3. Vote to add non­Building Standards Board members to the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee 4. Discussion of Chapter 6, Article IV, Minimum Property Maintenance Code, and propose changes to the current codes Director’s Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Building Standards Board ­ San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office 3. Vote to add non­Building Standards Board members to the San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee 4. Discussion of Chapter 6, Article IV, Minimum Property Maintenance Code, and propose changes to the current codes Director’s Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Building Standards Board ­ San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
