Approval of the minutes from the Building Standards Board – San Antonio Property Maintenance Code Committee meeting on May 13, 2022 and May 27, 2022 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Discussion of Chapter 6, Article IV, Minimum Property Maintenance Code, and propose changes to the current codes: 2021 IPMC vs. 2018 SAPMC comparison. 3. Discussion of Proposed SAPMC Amendments. Public Comments Director’s Report Adjournment Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2.
