City of San Antonio AGENDA Building Standards Board Thursday, August 14, 2025 9:00 AM 1901 S. Alamo St. The Building Standards Board will hold its regular meeting in the Boardroom located at 1901 S. Alamo St., San Antonio, TX 78204, beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Building Standards Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Public comment may be provided as follows: 1. Submit written comments via email to buildingstandardsboard@sanantonio.gov by 4:00 pm the day before the meeting. Please include your full name, council district you reside or conduct business in, item # and/or property address of the agenda item. Public comments will be read at the time the item is heard. 2. Once a quorum is established, the Building Standards Board shall consider the following: Call to Order Roll Call Approval of Minutes 1. (CD-5) Dilapidated Structure – 329 S. San Gabriel Ave. 6. (CD-2) Dilapidated Structure – 1711 E. Carson St. BSB Guidelines, Policies and Procedures Administrative Items Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Building Standards Board may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
